WE ARE A FAITH BASED, CULTURALLY COMPETENT, TRAUMA/CRISIS CERTIFIED, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION. OUR PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED STAFF ARE ABLE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR PARTICIPANTS AS THEY WALK OUT THEIR RESTORATION PROCESS. FOCUSING ON HEALING IN THE AREAS OF; LIFE TRAUMAS, HOMELESSNESS, INCARCERATION, MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE, JUST TO NAME A FEW. WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL HAVE A PROFOUND IMPACT ON PARTICIPANTS AND THE COMMUNITY.
Who Are We
"SHALIM" is a unique model of diversified transitional housing to address the individual's needs first, then provide the opportunity for families to come together and apply what they have learned.
The family transitional house provides a safe, stable, loving environment for restoration. A place to access and receive the guidance/mentoring, healing and strengthening a family needs to transition back out into the community.
